SESSION SPONSOR
10-minute presentation before educational session and signage in meeting room. This presentation can include in-person, video, and leave behind handouts or collaterals.
Can be a commercial or someone speaking for 10min.
PODCAST "Sponsor Spotlight"
5 minute interview on the FTCA Podcast that will air during upcoming edition of Forward podcast. Sponsor will be provided with link of podcast/interview to stream on social media.
PEN SPONSOR
Provide pens with your logo for each attendee at FORWARD 19. Pens will be placed in all meeting rooms for didactic lectures and in giveaway bags for attendees.
LANYARD SPONSOR
Logo on all lanyards with logo of choice. You provide your logo file and we have them printed on all lanyards. Get exposure for your brand throughout each day of the event.
WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSOR
One of the most highly anticipated events during the FORWARD weekend is the Friday-night Welcome Reception complete with TED-Talks and cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the Expo Area.
You'll have an opportunity to be recognized from the stage, briefly provide a welcome message to the attendees from the podium and have your signage displayed prominently throughout the night. You'll also be included in pre- and post-event marketing as the "Welcome Reception Presented by"

On Saturday night, we host a special reception to show appreciation to our FTCA members. We use this time to celebrate member accomplishments in the year and outline our plan for the coming year.
